I would like to call your attention regarding my complain..
I’ve been returning back and forth for so many times in Sss BAGUIO BRANCH because of your SALARY LOAN PAYMENTS LATE SYSTEM UPDATE..
And i found out that your branch filed my existing loan under calamity, where in reality was never like that.. It was supposedly under SALARY LOAN.
Your la union branch doesn’t know how to handle our complaints, they keep on pointing us in BAGUIO BRANCH, while they should be liable about it because the loan has been transfered to them. Their system sucks..
If they couldn’t handle such proper filing and updates regarding our loan (our own money) then why not return it back here in BAGUIO TO AVOID MISTAKES AND SOBRANG ABALA SA TAO..

Mr.Abraham Carino, gusto ko pong malaman kung nadelete na po ung nagbayad sa contribution ni Modesto dela rosa jan sa La Union.Matagal na po kaming naghihintay kung ito po ay nadelete na.pwede po bang i full out namin mga nasubmit naming forms sa alaminos at sa manila nalang kmi magreklamo.bakit po angtagal nyong idelete?ano po bang kailangan kong gawin.
sana po maging mas madali ung procedure ng pag inquire ng contribution ng sss,,kasi ang dami na nag sasabi na pwde ng mag inquire online pero parang wala nmn,,,salamat po and pasensya na po,,,,concern lang po ako sa lahat ng nag hahanap kung paanu mag inquire ng sss contribution,,, good day po
